great training anshu. looks like a good time was had by all who attended. i sent you a couple of my last 2 vids in my new real armor in the forest and my shinobi training with the shoge and bo shuriken no spin and ninja to with ukemi. i hope you had time to view them. i havent heard from you in a while. i hope all is good. i enjoyed our few emails. hope to talk again sometime. take care and thanks for sharing. 5 stars

When I watch your videos i think of beauty and the beast. You are very beautiful, but inside is a beast that would kick some fucking ass!! Another intense video as always.

Awesome techniques! you definitely can’t find any of those techniques anywhere else… especially Aikido, where they definitely won’t teach you to use those hand throws better than THAT. btw I especially loved the kick your sparring partner used at 0:46

still say that your methods are straightforward and applicable in todays world, even more so than other traditional arts.
As a JKD instructor I can relate to the honesty of self expression in martial art, but I never really agreed with “kata”. However describing them as a seed that takes root and grows made sense. I’m impressed chica, you taught me something and I didn’t even have to pay for it!
