Student of the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo need to understand that they are not just here to make themselves better, but are also training to make the others around them better too. See what many do not want to admit that they cannot get that much better if there is no one around that is challenging themselves to become better. Yes determination comes from within, and this determination of warrior spirit is your greatest weapon. But to understand who you are and how to cultivate it, you need your training partners, your teachers to push you to become better and as you get better, so will all of the others around you. We cannot have ego, ego will get you killed, do not think that you are the best or that you want to be the best, because if you think that way there is no growth, and at that point, you are lifeless. I hope that you enjoy the motivational video that I placed together, the music and the speech is from the movie “Any Given Sunday” the voice is Al Pacino’s speech at half time, I heard this and all I could think about is all of the students here at the school and all of the students that I have world wide that need and want to become better. I hope that this brings some light to you training Take Care, Be Safe & Good Luck in your Journey of Budo Anshu Christa Jacobson Headmaster of the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo.

Once some one asked me, So how is your training going? To which I replied “very painfully”, and then just smiled.
